"Delivery took longer than expected"
My order did arrive, but the shipping was slow. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “It’s on the way and should update soon,” which was fine, but I still had to wait longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just wish the delivery had been quicker

"This was a letdown. The material felt..."
This was a letdown. The material felt cheap right out of the package, and after one wash the stitching was already coming loose. For the price, I expected a lot better. The product page made it sound way nicer than it actually is, which is exactly why I don’t really trust all that polished company wording.

"Fit didn’t feel quite right for me"
I ordered my usual size, but for some reason it felt a bit off and tighter than I expected. Could just be my body shape or maybe I got unlucky with this one, but it didn’t fit as comfortably as I hoped

"Honestly, not really worth it"
I don’t know... I just feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. It was kind of disappointing, and yeah... I ended up feeling ripped off.

"Returning it felt like an epic saga"
I ordered from theninetynine.com.au the item itself was totally fine. But trying to return it was where the drama began. The refund took what felt like forever, and I had to chase it up more than once, which was frustrating. It wasn’t an absolute disaster, but wow, it was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Customer service was alright, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and honestly... it was a bit of a mixed experience. They did get back to me, and they were polite, but it took longer than I expected, I ended up having to follow up once too.
They did sort everything out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall! I just wish the replies had been a bit quicker and clearer. Not terrible, not amazing either.
